Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for return:

• All items must be unopened, unused, undamaged with original factory packaging and labels intact.
• Opened, unsealed, partially used filaments and resins are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to material moisture resistance and hygiene requirements.
• Clearance discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without prior confirmation. Email [email protected] with your order number, item SKU and return reason. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days and provide official return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for voluntary returns. We cover return shipping costs only for defective products, wrong item delivery or quality issues confirmed by our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider and bank processing speed.

Exchange Policy

We do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different specification or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective & Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, please provide clear photos/videos within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund after official verification.
