Processing Time

All orders are subject to inventory verification and quality inspection before dispatch. Standard order processing takes 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During new launch or peak season periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment warehouse.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are for reference only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier system.

Customs & Import Duties

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, recipient refusal or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
