Moisture-proof storage
Filament and resin are hygroscopic — they absorb moisture that causes popping, stringing, weak layers and cloudy prints. Store them right and they print like new, every time.
Keep it sealed
Store filament in a sealed bag or dry box with fresh desiccant, below 30 °C.
Dry before printing
If filament hisses or pops, dry PLA/PETG at 45–65 °C for 4–6 hours before use.
Protect resin from light
Keep resin in its sealed, opaque bottle in a cool, dark place. Shake gently before pouring.
Print tips that save hours
Start with the spec range
Begin at the middle of each material's temperature range, then adjust ±5 °C for your machine and filament color.
Level & set first layer
A clean, level bed and a slightly squished first layer prevent most warping and adhesion failures before they start.
Match the hardware
Use a hardened nozzle for carbon composite and an enclosed chamber for PC. Post-cure resin under UV after washing.
